Masters Golden Retrievers is proud to be the breeder/owner of these exceptional Golden Retrievers . They have retired from the show ring but not from our hearts. Look for their kids and grand kids on our boys and girls pages.

Ch. Masters Rags To Riches
"Eliza"
Eliza made her debut in the show world at the prestigious Golden Gate Kennel Club benched show. She surpassed our expectations, by winning Best Of Breed Puppy, and on to a 1st place in the Puppy Sporting Group. Eliza was shown in conformation events on a limited basis. Eliza is the mother of several beautiful champions at Masters Golden Retrievers.
Ch. Masters Futura U Go Girl
"Girlie"
"Girlie is aptly named, because she is the best girlfriend a person can have! She is playful and athletic, but loves to just hang out, too. Girlie enjoyed a successful show career, handled by Jennifer, Elizabeth Nelson and Karen Mammano. Girlie finished her AKC Championship winning 3 majors in tough East Coast competition. Girlie is co-owned with Judy Knobbe.
Ch. Futura Masters Duck Duck Goose RN
"Tag"

Tag is the dream dog we had hoped for from such an amazing breeding. He is sweet, willing to please, and has the classic "Golden" personality. With Tags classic good looks, and fluid movement we knew we had the makings of a star. He fnnished his championship in record time.

Thank you to Team Fenner for Tag's impeccable show presentation.

Ch. Masters Boys 'N' Their Toys CD BN RE NAP NJP
"Henley"

Henley was the boy we did not plan to keep as a pup, but he was too dang cute. He was not shown much as a youngster. As a teenager, he went off with Larry and Laurie Fenner to test his readiness for the show ring, and won his first weekend out. Henley went on to finish his championship in very short order, gathering fans along the way. Henley proved his worth as a stud by producing pups with lovely type, gorgeous head, expressions, and fluid movement.

Ch. Masters Talladega Nights
"Tally"
Our cute little Tally, aka Masters Talladega Nights (out of Ch Birnam Wood Hoot Gibson and Masters I Like It Wheel Fast) is cute, typey and a bit sassy, she has been awarded many wins. Our favorite to date, though, was winning the Bred By Exhibitor class at the Norcal Golden Retriever Specialty under breeder/judge Kay Gosling.
Ch. Futura Masters Bar Hoppin'
"Paris"
Paris did not spend much time showing as a youngster, but that did not slow her down when she did hit the ring as an adult. From her first point in May 2009 to her finish in October, she won Best Of Breed and Best Of Opposite Sex over champions of record in tough California competition. Paris is sired by our Anthony and from our Delia's first litter. She is the second to finish her championship in this combination.
Ch. Masters Futura Teko Raz'n Th'Bar
"Emma"
Emma, is out of our Anthony and Delia. She won her first 6 championship points handled by her co-owner, Shannon Oliver, Teko Goldens. When it was time to hit the road with Larry and Laurie Fenner and Elizabeth Jordan Nelson, Emma racked up the remaining 9 points and both majors, making her the first AKC Champion offspring for both Anthony and Delia. Emma shines even brighter at home, where she loves to retrieve, make new doggy and people friends, and take long hikes.
Ch. Futura Masters Bee Witched
"Samantha"
Our Bizzy daughter is co-bred and co-owned with Judy Knobbe, Futura Goldens. Samantha is a granddughter of Bugs, Ch Masters Catalyst Jitterbug, and looks so much like her grandmother. Samantha quickly racked up her AKC champion points being handled by Team Fenner. She finshed her championship winning Winners Bitch at the Golden Retriever Club Of San Diego Specialty under judge Mr. Terry Stacy. What an exciting way to finish by winning at a Specialty.
Ch. Masters Futura Save The Last Dance
"Mimi"
Mimi was shown only a couple of times as a youngster, but when she came west to be shown by Team Fenner, she definitely made up for lost time. Mimi had won all but one major within a couple of months, and that last major she picked up by winning Winners Bitch at the Norcal Golden Retriever Club Specialty, 10/23/2010. Mimi is co-owned with Judy Knobbe, Futura Goldens, and is now back home with Judy.
Ch. Masters Rich N Famous CGC
"Clicquot"
Clicquot won both her majors her first weekend out with the Team Fenner in July, and was finished with her Championship by mid October. WOW!! Quite a feat in this breed!! Clicquot's main passion, though, is to be a buddy to her family, and to do therapy work with Larry, visiting seniors and patients.
Ch. Nautilus Which Way Did He Go
"Anthony"
From the minute Anthony walked in our door, he
charmed his way into our hearts. Anthony won his first points handled by Jennifer and finished his AKC championship in short order. His favorite activities are to chase a ball at the park, join Jennifer for a bike ride, or sit in our lap (OOMPH!) and watch TV.
Masters Teko Save'n Th'Best For Last
"Wyatt"

Wyatt has retired from the show ring and lives with Shannon and her family. He can be seen hanging out at her son's football games.

Ch. Masters Tiddley Winks
"Audrey"

Audrey finished her championship in style, winning Best of Breed over 15 Champions of Record, several of which were ranked in the Top 10. What an honor! Audrey won our hearts with her breed type and movement, and her sparkling personality. Audrey is retired from the ring and living on the sofa of her co-owner Michelle Huddleston, but her kids continue in her winning ways.

Masters I Like It Wheel Fast
"Daytona"

Meet Daytona, a Golden through and through. She is a snuggle-bug, and charms all who meet her. You will often find Daytona with a favorite toy in her mouth, a twinkle in her eye, as she parades it past you and any other Goldens in the vincinity. We can almost hear her sing-song "Looky what I have....neener, neener". Daytona is sister to Masters Heck On Wheels CDX, RN, NA, NAP (aka Henry Harraff) and Masters Destiny At The Wheel CD, RE, CCA (aka Destiny Brant).

Ch. Masters Fairway OnTh'Rocks
"Roxie"
Roxie was one of 5 puppies from our Brooks, aka Ch. Pacificgold's The Dance, BIS, BISS, SDHF, OS and Cici aka Am Can Ch. Edgehill Masters C.N. Double litter, 4 of which finished their championships. This was the litter that earned Cici the GRCA Outstanding Dam title. Roxie won her first AKC championship points at 6 months and 1 week of age, handled by Laurie Jordan Fenner, under breeder /judge Nancy Talbott. This was Roxie's first weekend in the show ring, and what a first time it was. Roxie went on to win regularly, handled by either Team Fenner, Jennifer or the Desrosiers on the East Coast. One of my favorite wins was First Place in a huge 9-12 month bitch class under Sweepstakes judge Ken Matthews, of Chuckanut Goldens, at the 1999 GRCA National in Rhode Island. Another was winning Best Of Breed under breed/judge Paul Scoggins.

Ch. Masters Take the Money 'N' Run
"Runner"

Am Can Ch Masters Take The Money N Run, aka "Runner", was the boy who defined our ideal Golden Retriever. His was truly a "heart of gold", and paired with his correct Golden looks, Runner turned heads wherever we went. Runner will always be missed, but his legacy will live on in the generations following him.
Ch. Masters Showcase CuttinARug, SDHF
"Cutter"
Cutter, aka Cutter-bug, aka, Mr. Cutter, aka Ch Masters Showcase CuttinARug, SDHF. Cutter rejoined our home when he was 4 years old, and became my husband's "best bud". Cutter enjoyed a spectacular show career, handled by Laurie Jordan, Clay Coady, and Pam Lamby. As a retired dog, he found his calling in commercials, both print and film. Cutter is now a retired old man, but his tail still wags and his eyes still twinkle when a camera comes out.
Ch. Masters Miramichi Rock Solid
"Slater"
Ch Masters Miramichi Rock Solid, aka Slater, owned and loved by Debi and Sonny Koopman, Miramichi Goldens. Slater was the only boy puppy of 5 pups in the "rock" litter, but that didn't prevent him from being the star. Debi met Slater when he was 3 months old, while judging Futurity Stakes on the west coast. She liked him so much, she ended up having him flown home. Deb showed him on a limited basis, finishing his AKC championship, but more than anything, Deb loved Slater for just being Slater.
Ch. Masters Catalyst Jitterbug
"Bugs"
Bugs, aka Ch Masters Catalyst Jitterbug, 14 SDHF points. Bugs won easily and often. Jennifer showed her to her first 4 AKC champion points, but the real thrill came when Laurie Jordan (now Fenner) showed her at the 1996 GRCA National Specialty. The open bitch class alone held 84 lovely entrants, and Bugs won first place. Bugs and Laurie went on to win Winners Bitch and Best Of Winners, certainly every breeder's and owner's dream. Bugs continued to campaign in the show ring after earning her AKC championship, picking up 14 GRCA Show Dog Hall Of Fame points.
Am. Can. Ch. Edgehill Masters C.N. Double, OD
"Cici"
Cici came to us from Christina Weeks, Edgehill Goldens, for which we will be forever grateful. Cici exceeded our wildest dreams, winning multiple Best Puppy In Shows in Canada, finishing her Canadian Championship at 6 months of age, and winning 3 Four Point majors in one weekend at just 14 months of age. Cici went on to prove herself as a valuable addition to our breeding program, earning the distinction of GRCA Outstanding Dam from just one litter, and 2002 Pedigree Top Producing Golden Retriever Bitch. Cici lived 13 wonderful years, and her legacy lives on in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Masters Foxfire The Bee's Knees
"Bebe"
Bebe is a daughter of Ch. Edgehill First National Bank and Ch. Master's Catalyst Jitterbug. Our "beloved Bebe", aka Masters Foxfire The Bee's Knees, as she is affectionately known, had to cut her show career short, and never did have puppies. She charms all who meet her, and she is currently busy raising 3 "human" children and a cat in her new found career.
Masters Busy Little Bee
"Bizzy"
Bizzy, Masters Busy Little Bee, is from our Ch. Masters Catalyst Jitterbug, aka Bugs, and Ch. Edgehill First National Bank, aka Buck. Bizzy is co-owned and resides with Judy Knobbe, Futura Goldens. Bizzy's primary goal in life is to be a couch potatoe, though she does enjoy going for a good hike with Judy. Bizzy is mom to our "Samantha", Ch. Futura Masters Bee Witched.
Masters One In A Million
"Evie"

Evie is also from our first Audrey (Ch Masters Tiddley Winks) x Joseph (Ch Nautlius Joe Millionare, SDHF) litter. She is a powerful girl, who lives to "go". Evie keeps her human family, the Mancinis, on their toes with her silly antics. "

Ch. Futura Masters Eight By Ten Glossy
"Delia"

Delia, Ch Futura Masters Eight By Ten Glossy, is co-bred and co-owned with Judy Knobbe. Delia is another of our dogs who never really spent much time checking out dog shows, but when we started her in the show ring, she continually won. No wonder, with her gorgeous breed type and strong side gait, she is Golden through and through. Delia has passed her winning ways on to her children, with daughter Emma (Masters Futura Teko Raz'n Th'Bar) from her first litter sired by Anthony (Ch Nautitlus WHich Way Did He Go) winning her first championship points from the puppy classes. Delia is out of Ch Masters Double On The Rocks, aka "Tequila" and Ch Faera's Starlight, OS, aka "Star".
